Surgical resection combined with neoadjuvant chemotherapy or radiotherapy most commonly favored strategy by medical teams. In this case report, we present a 72-year-old patient no specific history, who presented non-metastatic chondrosarcoma located popliteal fossa. The therapeutic intervention encompassed surgical followed adjuvant radiotherapy. After 18 months follow-up period, there was evidence local recurrence distant metastases. disparity patient's clinical characteristics existing literature may provide new insights into understanding neoplastic entity.
